I used Family Estate Pro for my mom's estate sale. I was very pleased with Don DuFloth. He is very efficient in every way. He was always on time even in nasty weather. He worked long hours to organize all mom's stuff and there was a lot of it. He was very honest and even offered help after sale was over. I was fortunate enough to work with Don from Family Estate Pro and would definitely recommend working with him for anyone that needs an estate sale or liquidation. To give a little bit of a background on our journey in hiring a estate company, luck brought Don and I together through a colleague.
We were in the middle of cleaning out our carpentry/construction business and I was searching endlessly, interviewing everyone and encountered every type of estate sale business. The responses that we received from these companies were extremely negative: " this is too much for us," "you have nothing that I can sell," "you have nothing that can make money for me." Now, the reason we were really going through all companies is that we wanted someone with experience with tools and construction equipment.
After we called Don, he came by and said, "this is great, we can easily set this up, organize it and get a sale out by end of the following week." Don is incredibly easy to work with and has a broad knowledge in all areas of business which really made our decision comfortable.
In the end, we are very happy with the result and again would highly recommend working with him.

Their professionalism and knowledge were obvious right up front. Don knows about all facets of merchandise and not only how to price them, but how to stage a home for the best results. Don was the perfect person for our estate sale. We needed someone who was reliable and would empty our parents home when none of us were living locally. He was prompt, knowlegeable and well organized. Not only was he efficient but he also was kind and considerate. Much of what we were selling had more sentimental value than monetary value and he seemed to get that. Based on our sentiments, he made sure that a customer who wanted an item could work out something. He sold many of the items and then arranged donation of those that did not sell, consistent with our wishes. We also hired Don to clean out the house of all waste including old paints and solvents. He handled everything and left the house ready for the closing. To top things off, he noticed an old painting that I forgot to ship home and he sent it to me. We sure picked the right man and company to handle our sale. Thanks Don!!
